The death toll has risen to 52 people in the chaotic state of Espirito Santo, Brazil, where military police have gone on strike, driving the state into extreme "Purge" like mayhem.

Political Outsource first broke the news late last night, detailing how millions of Brazilians living in Espirito Santo are fearing for their lives as armed assailants wielding machetes and high caliber assault rifles attack and shoot nearly anybody on the streets. The chaos, which many Espirito Santo residents told Political Outsource is comparable to the movie "Purge", where lawless people kill and pillage everything in sight. As dawn broke, frightened Brazilians told Political Outsource that they were fearful the daily commute to work Monday morning may prove extremely fateful, and their fears were right as the death toll has skyrocketed to over 52, according to local police reports.

The country of Brazil has sent in troops to Espirito Santo, but the lawlessness has prevailed and murdering continues. Many are angry that the police went on strike, leaving residents to fend for themselves against each other in a "Purge" like state of chaos. The President has proposed a lawsuit against the police force, which could be up to a $25,000 for each office involved. Dozens of cities across Espirito Santo have been gravely affected by the police strike.
